in fact ,it's not always the case . judging from what I am experiencing recently ,the knowledge of Chinese English is useless the this American territory ,due to American native residents' poor vocabulary . they just know some basic words which is adequate for their daily commnication .

Working in michigan for almost about half month.
也适应了中国人美国式的生活方式。两点一线。。老窝。。工作地点。。
i have already reluctantly gotten accustomed to the Chinese style American life ，the two point and a line 。cottage 。。workplace。
一家小小的店，一天12小时的上班时间。不过一天在店里走的。跑的路程算下来换算下可以逛几百条街了。
a tiny small buffet and what's more the 12-hours working time ！despite of this ，the distant that I stamp can be amazing。which I suppose it can be equal the distant taking a stroll along hundreds streets ！
老板娘人很耐人寻味，说是请我来当经理。可我一直觉得我是前台打杂的。接电话。带位。看台。写单。拿餐。听客人废话。 事情贼多。
the wife of empolyer is fairly funny 。originally ，when telephoning with me ，she promise to offer me a manager position 。but the reality turns out to be totally the reverse 。I often consider the job routines I done are for the porter。receiving the phones ，seating the guests 。watching the buffet bar 。billing the check paper 。presenting the food ，listening the conplanit from the customer 。altogether ！
虽然这样。不过也好。这样一来我学得也多，所以就感激吧。。。。我还是很知足了。我在美国的第一份工作能这样。就再累当然也得说不累。 因为别人来美国几年，不会英语。在后面打杂。打得半死，工资又少。吃的顿数也比我少好几顿。
in spite of this ，I am frequently grateful for the boss giving this rare opportunity learning so many skill and this is my very first occupation in the united states 。whatever how struggled it is ，I cannot dare say a word ！as so many people come to usa including the individuals who came here several years ago work in a terrible condition and just get minimum pay ，because of their poor English 。
老板也挺有趣，刚来那阵子。天天挑我福州话的毛病。因为我看台叫餐进去时得用福州话。他们才听得懂。。可是很多国语东西翻译成福州话我就不行了。 就这样过了几天。请教了不少前辈，终于把菜单上的福州话弄懂了。。 心中感慨，中国人在美国餐饮业工作，英语和国语并不是最主要的。 福州话绝对是最实用。
the owner is amusing too .he is very captious to my fuzhou dialect when i was newly coming .since I have to yell to the chef what which plate is in shortage in fuzhou dialect which they can only understand ..but it's challenging task for me to translate the all kinds of food into fuzhou dialect .the following days ,it really took me a great deal of time to figure the menu out by consulting many senior colleague in the restaurant .with a tinge of emotion ,it's definitely practical for Chinese who are working in Chinese restaurant in the USA to learn some fuzhou dialect instead of learning English !
客人也是各种各样的。不管什么肤色的。。胖子肯定是最多的。然后美国的白人小孩肯定是最好看的。。跟布娃娃一个样。。水灵水灵的，金发碧眼。
客人的要求也是各种各样。一个白人老太。瘦瘦的。跑来我这点餐。说她不吃味精。然后就按她的要求弄了没味精的菜。又过一会。她又跑过来。。问我菜里是不是用了小麦粉。。她小麦粉也不可以吃。过敏。。。郁闷。。然后我跑去问厨房里煮菜的师傅，师傅就又给那老人弄了一碗。 最后那老人走的时候。特意跑过来往我手里塞了5块钱。 。其实。。一些越是麻烦的客人，小费一般不错：）
guests are also various .no matter what the skin colour is ,the fatty are always accouter for a large portion . normally the Ameicans's kids have a adorable fair skin blond hair ,just like a rag doll .
the requests coming from customer are multifarious . a white senior slim woman step out to me and place a order ,she said she is allergic to monosodium glutamate .as her request ,the chef specially prepare a dish without the MSG. after a while ,the woman came back to me again masking me if we add the wheat flour as ingredients in the food .she said additionally wheat flour can be a resource of allergy to her also !. speechlessly !according to her second request ,our chef cook a meal without using wheat flour and GMS. eventually before the senior's departure .she squeezed 5 dollars in my hand and said I want to make sure you get this . actually ,some troublesome guests have more tips sometimes .
找碴的客人也很多。一次在虾里面看到一根像是毛衣上的毛的东西。硬要说是根人的头发。还有一个吃了很多鱼的客人，吃完后算钱的时候叫我讲，今天的菜什么都好。就是那鱼太咸了。然后又是一大堆废话。。然后又补上一句。随便说，我不是在投诉。。。我回他，，对。你没投诉。你只是在说事实而已。我会跟我们的厨师讲的。
there are eccentric guests too ,once a guest find a fur which is like a hair .decisively saying it's a hair . another guest which have eaten lots of fish .when he was settling the bill .,he said ,"the food are wonderful except the salmon fish ,it's over salty" ........following a series of nonsense . "by the way ,i'm not complaning"he said .. i respond :"yeah ~~you are not complaning ,you are just telling the truth .,I will take you advice to our chef .
还有因为店小。老板也扣门。厕所里的坐便器早就坏了。都没找人修下。还有那个搽手纸一般都是没货的。然后客人天天来说这些事情的时候。。我都只能很冷漠的回答。。我们已经在处理了。。
another thing worth to mention is our petty workplace and stingy boss .the toilet bowlin the restroom has been out of order for a period of time .the boss have no intention to sent somebody to have it repaired . what's more ,the towel paper are running out all the time . when the customers complains about this ,I reply in frost :we've always dealing with it .thanks for your suggestion .
其实美国工作就那些，手熟了一点之后就没什么技术含量了。。
in fact ,the jobs in united state don't need much professional skill .all you should be equipped with is proficient effective skill .

小的时候，我站在蓝天下仰望飞翔的生灵，渴望自己也有一双翅膀，并且拥有自己的一片天空，我可以在白云间自由穿梭，并且在蓝天下面舞蹈，就如那时的自己对玩具的热爱一样，充满了无限的渴望。

我曾满怀信心地憧憬过我的天空，它会给我洁白的云朵、温暖的阳光和明媚的色彩。

它其实只是我心中无数个梦想的缩影，一个儿时看过许多童话故事的少年所滋生的想法，后来渐渐明白这样的想法被称作梦想。

梦想，随着年龄的增长已经变换了许多次，儿时除了梦想变成那只展翅的飞鸟 ，我还梦想过自己有许多的玩具，能够任凭我摆布，最终堆满我的整个房间，以此拿来向其他的孩子炫耀。

而今觉得那些梦想如此的单纯，可以很简单地被实现。而自己现在的梦想，却不能与之相提并论。

小时候的梦想简单而单纯，长大后的梦想艰难而险阻，就如走在宽阔而平坦的大路上突然遇上了一段狭小而崎岖的小路，并不能顺利地走完，可很多人依然坚信路的前方将是自己梦想的圣地。

于是很多人怀着心中的梦想，开始启程，朝着它前进。前行的道路，有时，一路阻碍；有时，一路顺畅。梦想在心中已经定格，却在现实中风雨飘摇，有人欢笑，有人哭泣。追逐梦想的脚步，踏出一道道岁月的痕迹，刻画出一条条脸上的皱纹。

是梦想让我们的人生不断奋斗，是岁月使我们的脸上布满皱纹。因为我们在追逐梦想的同时，岁月已经将我们变得苍老。

胡须的突生，使我明白，我已不再有往日的年少；苍凉的眼神，使我叹息，我已被岁月所斑驳。于是，在叹息中不断问自己，在漫长而短暂的人生旅途中，我已跨越了多少个春夏秋冬，我实现了自己多少个梦想？

追逐艰难的梦想可以让黑发变成白发，岁月的利刃消磨了我年少的锋芒，也把我们带向了一个至高无上的境界。这个境界里，没有纷争，没有吵闹，只留有自己的一个平和世界，属于自己的一份清静罢了。那种感觉犹如一个长者踏过尘世的一切喧嚣之后在垂暮之年所独有的一种心境，在这种心境下，即便生活里仍有狂风大浪的侵袭，可这样的心态已无所畏惧世间的一切困难。在年老的时候我们可以看淡了一切，但是梦想却伴随着每个人的一生，生命因此而变得鲜活。

忆往昔，如一卷故事的长轴，那些冲动的年华，那些鲜活的人儿，那些一起拼搏的追梦少年，早已失散在了自己的生命旅途中。

料想当初，恰同学少年，风华正茂；只眼如今，却各散天涯，容颜憔悴。谁能够记起谁，谁又忘记了谁？曲终人散，故事的结尾，没有声息，一切都成往事，日后拿来品味，就如品一杯苦涩而清香的粗茶，给人回味无穷的感觉。在追逐梦想的过程中，所有的人，包括自己，都已被时间所衡量，标出了自己不同的价值。

在时间组成的有限生命里，若生命是永恒的，我们的生命是否会有不同层面的定义？要么从一个劣等阶段跨入一个优质阶段；或者从优质阶段跨入一个劣等阶段。在沉思间，发觉沉思已没有任何的意义了，唯有梦想一路支撑我们前行的脚步，唯有梦想让人生不断奋斗。
