昨天突然收到开学推迟的消息要到18号才开学！我这半天没缓过神来然后突然狂笑吓坏了今秀西沟的服务生…扳的手指脚指数了半天还是没数过来…太意外了…我得再好好计划一下我的假期嘿嘿…某些已经到校的同学就比较惨拉嘿嘿…爽歪歪

再度上京。本来是怀着极度激动的心情。。（业内人士都知道嘿嘿）可是一下动车那个热浪呀我当时就犯晕了。。。然后因为南戴河海鲜的缘故是上吐下泻呀（提醒大家一点不要吃路过的海鲜烧烤呀。。尤其不能吃的太多还喝上啤酒）。。颐和园的人也是相当的多啊。。不过荷花是相当的漂亮。。。从佛香阁俯瞰昆明湖也是很不错的。。最好再坐一回船到十七孔桥看看。。。长途跋涉衣服几近湿透又干终于是到了798，，不过真是不虚此行，太个性了，不仅是画还是照片还是雕塑还是衣服。。就连破厂房的破墙壁上的涂鸦我都喜欢的不得了。。之后是一场大暴雨，还好找到了快餐店避雨。。然后就是在窗边欣赏各式各样湿透的衣服，这时候人人都是传说中的透视眼呀。。我身边那位更是看的不亦乐呼橙汁是越喝越多呀。。。大雨过后站在车站等车。这时候！！！悲剧发生了！！！！让蚊子咬了！！！！还是毒蚊子！！还是俩包！！！！还是穿的短裤！！！呢疙瘩开始是指甲大小然后是拳头然后扩散城手掌最后开始变紫。。。我去逛街试衣服总有人忍不住问我然后叫来一堆人驻足观赏让大家引以为鉴。。。丢人。。尴尬。。不过大家同时也欣赏了我新买的衣服还是比较划算的嘿嘿。。。。大家即将咬去北京的一点要做好好充分的心理准备啊！！！

最养胃的，是面条;米中含酸多，所以少吃米饭！
如果熬粥，少放点苏打进去，对胃有好处
小米粥就馒头（不是包子），可以养胃

有两种饮料应该多喝,一是牛奶,二是热水。不要早晨空腹喝牛奶，而是改在早饭后1-2小时后喝牛奶，胃中有食物防止了空腹喝牛奶的缺点；二是喝奶前先吃一些含淀粉较多的食物，如馒头等；三是早晨喝牛奶时要同时吃些馍、米饭、面包、饼干、点心等含淀粉的食物，这样可使牛奶在人胃中停留时间较长，牛奶与胃液能够充分发生酶解作用，使蛋白质能够很好的消化吸收。
胃不好，要少食多餐
花生，生吃最好，饭前吃个4到6粒，吃太多反而伤胃
大枣、豆腐、白菜、牛奶、胡萝卜、健脾和胃
苹果、柚子、葡萄、桔子、风梨，防脂肪积聚，补心益气生津止津
核桃、榛子、松子、桂圆、花生等坚果食品可及时补给微量元素益骨质健康
花生，蜂蜜都是养胃的
红茶+蜂蜜....十分养胃
一、养成良好的生活习惯：少吃多餐，饭只吃七份饱。早上要吃好，中午要吃饱，晚上要吃少。忌暴饮暴食。

二、改变饮食习惯：按时就餐，坐着吃饭不要站立或蹲着。戒吃辛辣、油炸、烟熏食物如烧烤等，不吃过酸、过冷等刺激强烈的食物，不饮酒，少饮浓茶、咖啡等。多吃素菜和粗纤维食品如芹菜、香菇等。

三、积极食疗和按摩保健：羊肉、狗肉等温热食物均有养胃效果适合胃寒病症；大蒜消毒杀菌可以帮助消除炎症，建议多吃；另外枸杞、银耳、红枣、核桃都可以零食或入菜。饭后、睡前可以搓热双手以肚脐为中心顺时针环摩64圈。完毕搓热双手按摩小腹。

(1)避免吃各种刺激性食物，如烈性酒、浓咖啡、生蒜、芥末等对胃粘膜有损伤的食物，同时避免吃过硬、过酸、过辣、过冷、过热和过分粗糙的食物。可选用易于消化的食品，并注意少用油炸、油煎等烹调方法。食物宜清淡、软烂。

(2)增加营养，注意选择营养价值高的蛋白质食品和维生素丰富的软食，如牛奶、豆腐、胡萝卜和一些发酵的食品。对于合并贫血者应供给富含铁的动物内脏、肉类、蛋类等。

(3)饮食要有规律，定时定量，不暴饮暴食，养成良好的饮食习惯，减轻胃部负担。3次正餐食量宜少，可于餐间定时加餐。注意食物搭配，最好有干有稀，有蛋白质副食品，也有少量主食。

(4)胃酸过多者禁用浓肉汤和肉汁等，进餐时要细嚼慢咽。

搬家了呢，这天公作美雨是下的贼大啊，还以为能再躲逗留一天呢课时下午考完雨就差不多停了，看来还得搬啊。。。看着熟悉的朋友们一个个搬走心情挺复杂的，有的还是在一起有的就见不着了呢。。最后在这个学校的一天了，最后吃门口大叔大婶的小吃了，昨天跟宿舍人把门口小吃挨个吃了个遍，最后一次上自习，最后的最后就是另一哥开始的开始。。就此做个纪念吧。。为了两年的她。。为了后两年的她。。为了一切的一切。。姐妹们咱们开学见！！！木嘛

考四级前比较担心的就是听力了…怕听不清没想到还真是倒霉确实是相当的不清楚啊…首先是进考场意外的发现自己真的是传说中听不清的五排之后（最后一排）然后也没多想可当听力开始放的时候我就傻了呢个重低音可真够重真够低的…几乎听不清说啥乌噜乌噜的再带个让人撕心裂肺的S就算结束…我的个亲娘啊当时死的心都有了你说跟老师说有P用啊他能给换个录音机还是给我换个座啊！这破听力还占35%亏我还苦练听力气煞老猪也！！其他倒还顺利进行！最后就祈祷吧！

Every individual faces the problem of choosing an occupation after graduating from university,which is of great importance in one's whole life.An appropriate occupation makes a man work with vigor and zest.Besides,it is beneficial for both the individual and the country.
