国家发改委昨日公布上海迪斯尼占地面积和建设内容，未列出具体规划范围，面积仅相当于8.2个人民广场，远小于此前媒体预期或成全球最小迪斯尼。今日新民网将重点关注此事。

　　【新民网·独家报道】国家发改委昨日公布“上海迪斯尼乐园项目通过核准”，项目建设地址位于上海市浦东新区川沙新镇，占地116公顷。项目建设内容包括游乐区、后勤配套区、公共事业区和一个停车场。此前还有媒体报道，上海迪斯尼将是世界上最大的迪斯尼乐园，结果通过审批的面积如此之小出乎所有人的意料，远远小于顾村公园的占地面积，甚至比世纪公园还要小。
　　世纪公园是上海最大的富有自然特征的生态城市公园，占地140.3公顷。
　　顾村公园规划总用地约430多公顷，试开园部分是一期内已建成的70公顷区域，主要有8万平方米大草坪、2万多平方米荷花淀和栽种4000多株樱花树的樱花林等景观，门票暂定10元。
　　国家发改委昨公布“上海迪斯尼乐园项目通过核准”，全文共120余字，内容为“2009年10月，经报请国务院同意，我委正式批复核准上海迪斯尼乐园项目。该项目由中方公司和美方公司共同投资建设。项目建设地址位于上海市浦东新区川沙新镇，占地116公顷。项目建设内容包括游乐区、后勤配套区、公共事业区和一个停车场。”

　　昨日，国家发展与改革委员会（以下简称“国家发改委”）网站“项目审批与核准”一栏披露，上海迪斯尼乐园项目占地116公顷，合1.16平方公里，较此前媒体预期大幅缩水。
　　此前有媒体报道称，上海将兴建全球最大的迪斯尼项目，但现在连香港迪斯尼（扩建后）的126公顷都未超过，上海项目或将替代香港迪斯尼成为全球最小的迪斯尼乐园。
　　发改委网站首提“上海迪斯尼”

　　该则信息来源为社会发展司子网站。早报记者电话联系国家发改委社会发展司，求证116公顷是整个项目用地面积还是先期开发面积，工作人员称，“（上海迪斯尼）项目占地116公顷。”
　　记者追问这是不是一期占地面积，接着还会有二期、三期。工作人员表示：“不清楚你所说的一期、二期、三期，这就是项目占地面积。”
　　国家发改委社会发展司也不愿提供具体的规划图，只说“项目建设地址位于川沙新镇”。
　　国家发改委网站称“项目由中方公司和美方公司共同投资建设”，那么，谁将代表上海市政府成为上海迪斯尼项目的投资人呢？之前有消息称，迪斯尼中方公司为上海陆家嘴文化发展有限公司，由陆家嘴集团、川沙镇、上海广电集团等共同出资100亿元组建，而川沙镇可能以土地折价入股。早报记者向浦东新区政府和“上海迪斯尼办公室”求证此事，均未得到答案。
　　比香港迪斯尼还小10公顷
　　根据换算，116公顷大约为1740亩，116万平方米，以标准足球场100米×80米规格计算，上海迪斯尼乐园项目面积相当于145个足球场那么大。以人民广场面积（约14万平方米）为标准，上海迪斯尼乐园项目面积相当于8.2个人民广场。
　　上海迪斯尼是亚洲第三个、世界第六个迪斯尼乐园，但比现在全球最小的迪斯乐园香港迪斯尼乐园（扩建后）还小10公顷，如果以此推算，上海迪斯尼乐园将成全球最“迷你”的迪斯尼乐园。
　　但上海迪斯尼乐园项目比目前上海欢乐谷面积（占地面积90公顷）大近30%。
