瑜伽所有的体位法都是收腹夹臀的。收腹夹臀的好处很多，首先，可以训练我们的腹肌和臀肌，使这些肌肉更结实，该平的平，该翘的翘。更重要的是，收腹夹臀可以保护我们的下背部，当我们在做一些动作(例如：后仰)时不易受伤。还有，像做树式等平衡动作时，在地面的下脚踩稳，收腹夹臀才能保持重心平衡不会左摇右晃。有的动作感觉不明显，但有的就能明确感觉到有没有收腹差别很大，在做下犬式、前弯或是扭转等动作时，如果挺着个肚皮，是很难有深度按摩腹腔的效果的。所以在做这些动作时，请想象“吐气时把肚脐塞到脊椎”的画面.</span><wbr
