There once was a king who offered a prize to the artist who would paint the best picture of peace. Many artists tried.
The king looked at all the pictures. But there were only two he really liked， and he had to choose between them.
One picture was of a calm lake. The lake was a perfect mirror for peaceful towering mountains all around it. Overhead was a blue sky with fluffy white clouds. All who saw this picture thought that it was a perfect picture of peace.

The other picture had mountains too. But these were rugged and bare. Above was an angry sky，from which rain fell and in which lightning played. Down the side of the mountain tumbled a foaming waterfall. This did not look peaceful at all.

But when the king looked closely， he saw behind the waterfall a tiny bush growing in a crack in the rock. In the bush a mother bird had built her nest. There，in the midst of the rush of angry water， sat the mother bird on her nest - in perfect peace.


Which picture do you think won the prize？ The king chose the second picture. Do you know why？



"Because，" explained the king， "peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise， trouble， or hard work. Peace means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in your heart. That is the real meaning of peace."

真是令人看完之后有一种潸然泪下的感觉，虽然不像文中主人公那么惨。虽然没有为自己的未来担心，但也害怕人生的落魄。其实每个人的人生轨迹都有一定的交集，通过别人的生活也必然能够得到自己的感悟。到目前为止还好对自己的选择没有后悔，家人还是一贯的支持。虽然或许他们只是顺从我的意见。
只是有时候我也很是无奈，可能是欲望太大吧！过着幸福的人生还要为自己愤愤不平。觉得要更好的一切，变得近乎对自己的苛刻。其实做一个平凡人挺好的，努力去感受生命中的一切，好的或者坏的。只要认真而又努力的活也是一种幸福的人生。而对于不断的对未来提出目标的我，有时候也想知道到底尽头在哪里？就像以前最喜欢说的话那样“人活着就是瞎折腾”，可是要折腾到什么时候啊！我不是不知道，只是我老想着看到下一篇华丽的乐章。而就是这样才不断的活在自私和愧疚当中。
就像朋友说的那样活得那么累干嘛？是啊！可现在我觉得都不太容易，每个人都有自己的担心和愿望。都有他自己内心深处的一个秘密花园，如果你足够幸运成功了，你可以住进里面。但是如果你不幸选择了另外一种人生，那么你只能没事去逛逛了。只不过对于我来说是过于执着了，变得过于偏执了。
突然间又想起以前的一句话“幸福的人都是相似的，不幸的人各有各的不幸。”～～～～人生啊！
