　　甲型H1N1流感病人和无症状感染者为主要传染源。虽然猪体内已发现甲型H1N1流感病毒，但目前尚无证据表明动物为传染源。
　（二）传播途径。
　　主要通过飞沫或气溶胶经呼吸道传播，也可通过口腔、鼻腔、眼睛等处黏膜直接或间接接触传播。接触患者的呼吸道分泌物、体液和被病毒污染的物品亦可能造成传播。
　（三）易感人群。
人群普遍易感。
（四）临床表现
潜伏期一般为1-7天，多为1-3天。
通常表现为流感样症状，包括发热、咳嗽、咽痛、咯痰、流涕、鼻塞、头痛、全身酸痛、乏力。部分病例出现呕吐和/或腹泻。约10%病例可不发热。
　　体征主要包括咽部充血和扁桃体肿大。
　　可发生肺炎等并发症。少数病例病情进展迅速，出现呼吸衰竭、多脏器功能不全或衰竭。
　　患者原有的基础疾病亦可被诱发加重，呈现相应的临床表现。
　　病情严重者可导致死亡。
（五）预防措施：
1、注意防护，有警惕意识，带好合适的口罩，防止病毒通过大众的感染方式入侵。
2、充足睡眠，足够营养，勤于锻练，减少压力。
3、避免接触流感样症状（发热、咳嗽、流涕等）或肺炎等呼吸道病人。
4、注意个人卫生，经常使用肥皂和清水洗手，尤其在咳嗽和打喷嚏后；
5、避免接触生猪和前往有猪的场所；
6、避免前往人群拥挤的场所；
7、咳嗽 和 打喷嚏 时用 纸巾遮住口鼻，然后将纸巾丢进垃圾桶；
8、确保空气流通；
9、若有发热、咳嗽、打喷嚏等呼吸道感染症状，立刻就医。
