　　调查显示，日本是全世界肥胖率最低的国家之一，日本女性的肥胖率远远低于其他国家女性。而一年前美国北卡罗莱纳大学营养学教授巴里·波普金的研究却指出，在中国25%的成年人超重或者肥胖。同为亚洲人种，为何日本女性能保持苗条身材呢？留意日本女性的日常饮食习惯，你会发现答案就在其中。

　　能减肥的碳水化合物
　　首先从食物上看，让日本女性保持身材苗条， 日本料理功不可没。
　　日本料理中的食物所含碳水化合物含量很高。但在西方饮食中，碳水化合物却常常被看作是减肥的大敌。其中的区别关键在于碳水化合物的质量。日本料理中含有的是高质量的碳水化合物。由于食物较少被加工，碳水化合物仍保留着接近自然的形态，并且营养丰富，含有较高的膳食纤维，能在提供身体所需能量的同时促进肠胃蠕动，还容易让人产生饱足感。而西方饮食中经过细加工的米面和糖、甜饮料中由于含有低成分的食物纤维，碳水化合物易被吸收，很容易造成热量过剩，引发高血脂等病症。

　　“几年前，为了撰写两本日本料理方面的书，我开始使用筷子，亲自尝试了书中提到的所有日本菜式，意想不到的是，我的体重轻了10公斤，穿的衣服也足足小了两个尺码。”著有《筷子节食》一书的日本作家吉彦巴伯，在新书发布会上宣布了令人意想不到的结果。
　　传统日本料理主要有米饭、蔬菜、水果、海鲜等原料，经过烹调，用筷子夹起来食用。筷子集中体现着日本料理的两大精髓：吃什么，以及怎么吃。使用筷子，可以放慢我们进食的速度，从而在你还没有注意到时就减少了食量。因为在进食过程中，胃部即使已被食物装满，饱涨感却要延迟20分钟才能到达我们的大脑；如果吃得太快，我们会因为没有饱涨感而摄入过量的食物。因此，放慢进食的速度好处多多。
　　同时，在日本料理中，食物的分量都很小。按照日本人的习惯每餐都只能吃到八分饱。食量小，不仅对健康益处无穷，还很符合当下全球经济不景气的时代潮流。

　　为《哈利波特》电影当中的一个最主要的场景来说，基督教会学院的食堂可以说成为了所有参观牛津校区的观光客必须到达的地方，因为早上来得太早，老师们和同学们还在吃早点，所以就先去了之前说到的钟楼。

　　现在回到基督教会学院，就可以顺着一路的指示牌开始游览了。

　　基督学院始建于1524年，是牛津大学最大也是最古老的学院，基督学院食堂是这个学院最重要的组成部分，现在仍然作为学生食堂。令人羡慕的是，牛津大学的学子们可以每天在这个被波特迷视为圣地的地方用餐。教授们也仍保留着与学生共同进餐的传统。

　　刚刚结束早餐，食堂里还弥散着饭香。


　　和《哈利-波特》电影中一样，食堂的座位也是按照级别划分的。比如餐厅的座位有“高桌”和普通之分，只有教授、资深研究员或访问研究员等才能登上“高桌”，学生只能坐普通座位。

突然想起年少時的理想。那時候曾夢想長大后當個歌手，就如王菲一樣，自小封她為偶像，學她唱歌的聲線，甚至有段時間連性格也極似她，喜歡我行我素，活在自己的世界裏，不曾理會別人的眼光。那時認為這樣就好COOL，現在想起來也覺得好好笑，笑那時的年少無知。時移漸遠，當年紀漸長人就喜歡懷念從前，往事一幕幕，在流金歲月裏，記住的很多，忘掉的也很多。如果有時光機，能回到從前的話，我會怎樣選擇我的人生路？如果能從頭活多一次，我會怎樣對待我的生命？夢想永遠也只是夢想。
