成都商报5月20日报道中学生暴力事件屡禁不止，近日再次发生。这几天，网络上出现了一段三名女生围殴女同学的暴力视频，其殴打场面相当残忍，令成年人也为之汗颜。

场面残暴：三名女生脚踢同学要害部位
　　这段视频据传是网友在广东揭阳的某公园内拍摄到的。视频一开始，就有一个穿着白色外套的女生坐在地上，掩面哭泣，而旁边三名女生则正在对其拳打脚踢。从视频中可以看到，这三名女生轮流用脚踢这名女生的头部、背部以及腹部，并不断地扯着被打女生的头发往地上撞。被打女生被踢倒在地上后，立即有两名女生冲上前去对她又踩又踏，并穿着运动鞋不断用脚后跟处狠踢受害女生的胸部、背部和腹部，期间受害女生蜷曲在地上，几乎无法动弹，只隐约听得到她的哭声。
　　这三名女生边打边骂，在此过程中甚至还扒掉了受害女生的外套，只为她留下了一件黄白相间的单薄的贴身Ｔ恤。殴打过程中有一个细节，一名穿着白衣和牛仔短裤的的女生大概嫌自己背着的书包碍事，还扯下书包放在旁边的自行车上，然后继续施加暴力。而因为出脚时用力过猛，踢人的女生好几次自己都几乎站不稳，要靠扶住旁边的自行车才能够站住。
在视频的最后，一名施暴女生似乎越打越气，抓住受害女生的衣领，用膝盖不停撞击她的头部和背部，并抬起脚一脚踢在女生的右耳处，几乎把自己脚上的鞋踢掉。这段视频持续约一分钟，从视频结尾来看，打骂似乎仍没有停止。而在整个暴力殴打的过程中，视频镜头都在不断晃动，说明另外还有人在冷血旁观。

网友愤怒：呼吁严惩打人者
　　该视频一经发布，立即激起了网友们的强烈关注。短短几天时间，该视频访问量就达到了７７万之多。网友们对三名施暴女生的残忍行径表现出了极大的愤怒，纷纷予以斥责。很多人＂希望学校严处＂，并＂建议当地公安部门调查，对打人者要追究法律责任＂。

　　众网友在吃惊和愤怒的同时还感到悲哀。一些网友对围观人群的冷漠表示气愤，因为事件发生在公园这种公共环境内，人流量相对较大，但在整个过程中，竟然没有一个路人出面干涉。一位网友更是愤慨地质问：＂太可恶了，路边这么多路人经过，都没有一个上去帮忙的！太冷血了！＂
　　与此同时，学生的素质教肓问题再次引起了注意。有网友表示，＂这是一个值得深思的问题，究竟是什么导致这些不良行为？教育体制、还是社会风气？现在的老师和学校都在做什么？＂
律师说法：施暴学生行为已涉嫌犯罪
　　近来，中学生暴力事件频频发生，网络上不断出现各种中学生殴打或凌辱同学的不良案例，而之前大部分报道都是从教育角度来进行引导，那么，作为已可能年满１４岁的中学生来说，这样的行为是否已经触犯了法律呢？为此，记者专门咨询了四川杰成律师事务所的蒲永律师。
在看了这段暴力视频后，蒲律师肯定地表示，施暴学生的行为已经涉嫌犯罪。蒲律师说，根据我国《刑法》第14条规定，如果未成年人年满１４周岁，就已具有刑事责任能力。而如果该视频中的３名女生已年满16周岁，则一旦被受害者起诉，将根据情节轻重调查，可能按故意伤害罪或寻衅滋事罪进行判断，其中若认定为故意伤害罪，则将处以３年以下有期徒刑，而若认定为寻衅滋事罪，则将更为严厉，将处以５年以下有期徒刑，且此罪的认定不以受害人受伤轻重为判断原则，只要施暴者有动机和行为，则可以进行认定，但１８周岁以下人员，或从轻处罚。蒲律师提醒，该视频中的受害女生可以报警，经警方立案侦查后，提起民事诉讼，要求对施暴者进行相应的刑事处罚，并要求其监护人给予民事赔偿，而该段视频则可作为其证据之一。
此外，蒲律师还指出，由于该事件发生在校外，故此事件属于学生的个人行为，学校方不需要对此负刑事责任。

把这个文件放进U盘双击就可以清除掉所有和文件夹同名的exe病毒，特征是病毒和其同名的文件夹在同一级目录，这样才隐藏了你就以为那个病毒就是你的文件夹了，点了你就中招了。
要把原来的文件夹恢复出来就是简单的在killvirsus.cmd最后加上 attrib * /s /d -s -h -r -a 就可以了。再贴一个处理非隐藏的文件夹的，也就是病毒并没有把你的文件夹隐藏。这种的一般不会是在同一级别的，而是像我以前写的那个一样是在这个文件夹中建一个和这个文件夹一样名字的exe文件，这样病毒一般不会隐藏最初的文件夹。不过这个版本如果在for之前加上attrib * /s /d -s -h -r -a ，就可以显示出原来的文件夹并且删除掉病毒文件。

当然批处理的这种方法都是治标不治本的，就是说你的电脑要是中毒了，并且把你的U盘搞成这样的话，那你也别指望这个脚本可以帮你杀毒，这个的用途就是比如你的电脑到打印店去，那可是个毒窟。回来你的电脑是干净的，但是发现你的U盘下面出现这种情况，比如原来的文件夹没了，剩下的只有病毒文件，当然是隐藏了，并且你的杀毒软件没有提示这是个病毒，但你知道这种情况肯定是病毒，一般也不会是别的，或者你懒得用杀毒软件对你整个U盘扫个不停，有时候要等半天，你可以运行这个脚本清理一下病毒，方便快捷，干干净净。
其实批处理和vbs再简单不过的东西，就像网页，文件就是代码，随时都可以改，熟练应用可以基本完成你需要的事情。没必要去用什么VC，将来要改起来还麻烦的要死。
